The holidays bring so much excitement and inspiration when I’m painting with acrylics. I enjoyed painting a few seasonal still lifes that are just as festive as the holidays. What I have been painting this year.
While experimenting with various acrylic techniques, I most appreciated creating floral still lifes. It was rewarding to watch vibrant flowers appear as I painted with bold colors and used plaster to create a 3D effect in each painting. In instructor-led classes by a CRI (Certified Ross Instructor), I learned how to paint Bob Ross paintings between 2004 and 2005.
